1. Is there additional fee for delivery and pick-up?
There is no additional fee. All delivery and pick-up fees are included in the subscription fee.
2. Can I change or cancel my subscription plan?
The monthly subscription plan is fully flexible and can be changed or canceled at any time after the monthly subscription. All subscription plans cannot be cancelled (except in special circumstances).
3. Will I need to pay for book damage?
We hope parents can teach their children to cherish books. We understand that books will inevitably be subject to certain degree of wear and tear during reading. If it is normal wear and tear (such as slight creases), we will not charge any fees. However, if there is major damage (such as missing pages, tears, handwriting, painting or stains) such that the book is no longer able to be read, we will charge twice the subscription price of the book (for example, if the subscription price is $10, the charge will be $20) on top of the fee for the subscription plan.
4. What if my child really likes a book?
When the subscription period is up, you can choose to return all the books or keep some of the books for next month's subscription. For books you have subscribed, you can also purchase them at a lower price than the retail price. Please contact us for enquiries. The price will be reasonable based on the condition of the book.
5. Can I shorten the subscription period or replace books?
We hope that children can have enough time to explore the fun of each book. Through repeated reading, they will have deeper impression and understanding of the story content and vocabulary. Therefore, each subscription period is fixed at one month (starting from the day you join the subscription). We do not accept replacement or exchange of books during the subscription period. Our website contains information about the number of pages, size, and story outline of each book, and there are pictures of the inner pages for parents to refer to.
